Use the link in any email we've sent you
Every marketing email from Cleveroo contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes your address from our list immediately — no login required, no form to fill in. This is the fastest way.

Email us directly
Send an email to privacy@cleverooedu.com.au with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. Include the email address you want removed. We'll process it within five business days and confirm by reply.

Contact us via the website
You can also submit a request through our contact page. Mention your email address and that you'd like to unsubscribe, and we'll take care of it.
What happens when you unsubscribe? We'll stop sending marketing and promotional emails to your address. You may still receive transactional emails if you have a Cleveroo account (for example, subscription receipts or important account notices — these are not marketing emails and are not affected by an unsubscribe request). If you want your data fully deleted, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@cleverooedu.com.au.
